Organisation
At present the Arab Choral Network is run by a small committee of volunteers. Membership is free, and we are looking to recruit both choirs to join us and volunteers to help with the running of the website, management of members, and driving recruitment.
This current, volunteer-based, structure allows us to grow quickly in the short term and grants us flexibility as we define our role in the Middle East and North Africa region.
In the future we plan to shift from an informal network to a legally registered association with a constitution and run by an elected board of directors.
